“be funny” - is there any truth to this? what is considered funny? I’ve never seen anyone be funny in real life.

Only looks matter. Funny to a foid means a chad literally saying anything. They giggle at the dumbest shit as long as it's an attractive guy saying it.
This is what I thought. Humor is very subjective, so I really don’t understand why guys think there’s some kind of objective humor that consistently makes women laugh.

Humor can seriously backfire. I've been the clown (while intoxicated and low inhib) and it has worked out for me but other times it seriously backfired and people got pissed at me.

Evolutionary psychologist Geoffrey Miller posits that humor is an efficient way to communicate non-depression and at least average IQ. I guess it's kind of true. If you are super fucking sad, you can't even make a joke. The same goes if you just too stupid. Were these things to matter, humor would serve this purpose.

Foids laugh at literally anything (even things that were not intended to be jokes) when the guy saying it is attractive, i have observed it many times. Foids don't have a sense of humor built in, their laugh only exists for sexual signals:
- Laughing at your joke = she wants to get fucked by you
- Laughing at you for no reason = she hates you and thinks you are a subhuman unworthy of life
