The quality is ok but it’s super expensive. I have insurance and had to go to the ER last year. Sure my insurance paid a ton for it but I had to also pay thousands. And it wasn’t very serious, I just sat in a bed most of the night and they did a few blood tests. Imagine the cost if they actually did a medical procedure.
