All my meat is soft. I always wondered if I have some kind of problem. Like soft muscle problem, or maybe I have very little muscle and mostly fat. I suspect the latter to be the case because it would explain my bad back and general lack of strength.

Soft hands are bad. It means you don't do manual labor which means you hands are more prone to getting damaged when you do lifting or carrying. Its soyboy hands.
