Exactly, gyms are overrated, some people genuinely like it but they mostly attract brainless trend following normies who couldn't come up with a better idea. Try swimming or martial arts or something else that intrigues you more.gyms are dumb ragefuel. do an actual sport that is practical and take peptides.
