If you play games once to completion then it's worth it. The Yakuza series alone will run you about $60-80 shekels but if you grind them out to completion over a couple of months, that would only cost you $20 and you can still enjoy them from start to finish.
If they ever take games off the pass though then it might not be worth it since you still paid to access those games and now, you won't be able to play them anymore.
