Depends on the job.

I had this problem when I was in high school with no connections and even higher inhibition that I have now. As with foids, the most critical step is getting your foot in the door at all, after which you have a foundation on which to build further (sexual/occupational proof).

You should ideally go for a position that a lot of people flake on and that few apply for; i.e. are consistently understaffed. Good starting points are night crew at a grocery store (what I did) and dishwashing positions at low-end restaurants.

I would say they are at equal difficulties, tho a job will be easier to maintain. This is because certain jobs' standards are way lower than foids' standards. The wage may not be great and you may not moneymax, but you have to survive.
