I have been thinking about starting it. Does anyone here chew tobacco or has done so in the past? If so, how is it? I personally like the effects of nicotine, and since I tend to grind and clench my teeth constantly, I'd like to have something hard to chew on a regular basis.

My teeth are already worn out and my gums don’t look healthy either. Guess it’s best not to cause more pain though.

It is, my jaw has gotten a lot wider over the last few years due to constant grinding and clenching. It hasn't turned me into chad though and has instead made my lower third bloated and my face look unbalanced overall.

Just chew on gum, tobacco will only have negative effects

No, don’t give yourself mouth cancer :worryfeels:
