With all the advancements in technology since the 70s, would a high IQ individual be able to evade the law for long enough to take out a dozen or so foids?
I believe that with all the teencels rotting their best years away while watching Chads slaying prime puss on social media, we will see them attempt something beyond autistic school shootings that usually kill less than 10 people, but how long could you realistically go without getting caught?

It is getting real hard to get away with any kind of crime in the West. There are cameras literally every couple of feet in the big cities.
The only way I could see you getting away with anything nowadays is by mapping out the area you are targeting for all the possible cameras, and then committing your crime in such a way that you take the path of least surveillance, preferably no surveillance at all.

Another way is taking out each of the cameras in the area that you wish to target.
Both of these ways are extremely time consuming and tedious, so I don't think most would do it.
