I'd say it is more feminine than darker hair colors you could also probably argue lighter skin is more feminine too but that doesn't stop a lot of women from preferring it. I have blonde hair but it's really short so I don't think it looks too feminine. My brother has blonde hair and has a girlfriend and I have a friend with blonde hair who's never had a problem attracting women already has 2 kids at 25.
