definitely a mix of both, i remember seeing a vid about a tribe in africa where the more fat you’re, the more attractive you’re seen as. In the past being fat was in general seen as attractive because it showed that you had wealth. What i would i say is universal attractiveness is things facial harmony and symmetry. But what facial features are seen as attractive depends on the culture. Some cultures prefer big noses over small ones and some slanted eyes over wide eyes. But if you have bad symmetry and facial harmony then you will be seen as unattractive across all cultures.
