Oh yeah I think this thread is a little old but I remember mentioning that and I am pretty sure that is some sort of real and accurate concrete fact yet the socially acceptable AOC is superseded at 18.
Perhaps its arbitrary, perhaps research and stuff was done to make the 18 number not completely arbitrary, I imagine if it were chosen by governmental bodies and stuff they would have erred on the side of caution making numbers like 18 safe to ensure variables in development across races and just certain upbringings too.
