Depends on a lot of factors, case by case will differ. Sexual selection has guided most people into the guise of symmetry and 'normality', I'd hazard a guess most ugly people have some developmental issues.

I've heard that how you're laid down as a baby is a factor. Apparently it's better to have the infant lay on its back. The skull is soft and will "flatten" form being in that position. If the baby lays on their side it can affect the shape of the face. Could be a myth but fwiw.

Maybe what the guy said about being laid on your side as a baby? I feel like for most my entire life I tend to sleep on my right side. My right side looks droopy, my jaw is set further back, my chin looks weaker, there’s like More cheeks fat. Cheekbones are the same size and they’re both very prominent (one positive trait I have). My eye is set in a different position. My ramus is invisible. Im positive that if my right side was the same as my left I would be a run of the mill normie. My mom wasn’t a chronic drinker but she was very old to be a mother (36) and my dad was also 36. I believe that old sperm and old eggs combined with some other factor she caused me to have a good side and a bad side. Otoplasty would help bc my right ear Is subhuman. Idk if there’s a surgery for only the right side of my jaw.
