No but I can’t stand or sit up straight because I fucked my spine up from carrying heavy books at school for so many years, was too lazy to empty it and manage what was in it.

When I stop jerking off for a few weeks or so my back pain heals a lot
It does sometimes but not as much since i fixed my posture a bit

I've been sitting for at least ten hours everyday for decades without back pain. The only thing that's been saving my lower back is weightlifting. If I hadn't regularly strengthened the muscles, I'd be an irreparable wreck.

I used to sleep on belly now I sleep on my back like a trad corpse and it helps my back

it hurts especially on weekends when I sit on chair to use pc all day all night and sometimes hurts more when I goon
