depends on what country u live. Pretty sure in my country social security can help u pay ur meds. Nowadays it's not as deadly as it was and u can have a normal life with meds if u get HIV. BTW catching hiv /=/ having aids. hiv develops into aids over time.

now also: if u escortcell and use a condom every time properly, it's extremely unlikely that u will get hiv lol.
