Is adultery a form of sexual assault?

Most feminists argue that 1 in 6 women will be the victims of an tempted or computed rape. None will ever mention that about 50% of all wives will cheat. This of course doesn't take into account past partners, divorces, girlfriends cheating and so on. Women are now as likely to cheat as men. 

The extreme humiliation and psychical damage that this causes can drive some to suicide. Should adultery be considered a form of harassment. After all many famous men have been accused of nothing more than just saying sexually charged things, and these women are actually going out and having sex which is objectively worse.

It doesn't really fit the definition of "assault," however, it is more damaging than what foids consider to be "sexual assault."
Adulterers should be more harshly punished under the law (despite it already being technically illegal).
