Is adoption cucked?

I've been daydreaming about fantasy scenarios a lot (it's nice escapism when your life is shit) and I've come to a crossroads. If I were to ever win the lottery, find some gold-digging whore and settle down, I could hypothetically want kids some day. That being said, I have fucked genetics that I would be doing the world a disservice to pass on. I'd probably choose to adopt. This is a hypothetical dream scenario that will never happen, but I'm still curious to know how people here feel about adoption.

I'd only do it if my best friend's kid died. Why adopt someone else's kid when you can have your own? The only advantage would be you wouldn't have to deal with a mother. But adoption agencies rarely give a single guy custody of their kids. Jango Fett was smart to clone his son. No custody battles, only intergalactic debauchery

Agreed. Then what would be the point of adoption? You'd be paying for someone else's blood to succeed.

The problem see is that in 3rd world countries the adopted kid is expected to work and when they work they work hard for your love even though they're technically strangers, and also in first world countries you're expected to give them their own room, dude wtf they litterally came from living with like 10 other kids in the same room so I don't know what the problem is?
