It depends, what do you need the grade for?
To get a job, the higher the better. To get into a graduate program, anything 3.0-3.5 and higher is a safer bet.
Graduate school? Same as the grad program.
Outside of academia and besides getting into grad school, your grades mean fuck all.

Almost at the end of the college and you are still worried about your GPA, this will end ugly if you don’t shake it off
