Still getting left on read, still getting weird looks from girls in public. JFL some guy I know through mutual accused me of showing off my new IPhone just because I was holding it in my hand.

People find issue with everything you do when you’re ugly.

Now I also have to deal with the fact that I can’t download music, porn, movies easily.

This. The aesthetics of the phone and all ipod products have always been great, but the software is a bloated piece of crap, and even worse theyre starting to censor what youre allowed to see on your phone.

I went from Blackberry to Samsung in the early 2010s, never switched it up since. Apple always seemed pretty handcuffed in terms of user customization.

I've got a 300 dollar Motorola phone. Buying a new iphone every year or so is such a meme. Most people use a phone for just a few simple functions that don't require a $1000+ phone to run. Why do you need the latest iphone if you're just going to be texting, making calls and browsing social media? They buy the latest phone but what they do with it doesn't change, and it hasn't changed in years. All these high end phone companies do is make a few superficial outward changes, add a slightly better camera and put in some gimmicky new feature that they try to sell as some new revolutionary idea and then charge exorbitant amounts.
