I’m a full time electrician. After a night shift, I come home on my day off no internet. Provider cut me off, even though I paid my €170 bill (yes literally that high on a monthly basis, like I’m running a bloody data center from my condo ).
I literally paid them time like every month, I sent them proof of payment, but after my payment they immediately refunded it and then claimed I never paid And cut me off, these imbeciles
That’s not just ridiculous, it’s likely unlawful. Under EU Directive law 2011/83, once payment is made for a digital service, the provider cannot just reverse it without consent and cut off access. It violates principles of contractual fairness and consumer rights. Their own contract says 'payment receipt activates service'. So why was I offline? Their system error shouldn't become my disruption. I'm switching providers guaranteed, this level of automation without accountability is ridiculous
