I'm pretty mixed on this issue. I think in general East Asians are smarter, but I've noticed that there are a lot more standout genius level Indians. So I'm guessing that although Asians have a higher average, there is a lower spread, whereas Indians have a lower average but higher spread of intelligence so there are more genius level Indians than Asians.
