The ldar lifestyle destroyed me and now that I'm trying to get back on track, I regret every single day I wasted rotting.
Every day of ldar means 1 week of working hard to get back on track, so I would strongly advice to not ldar for too long.
Jogging is a good cure to have consistently high energy levels. Needs discipline tho.
