The reason why we're so miserable is because we're seeking fulfillment in the wrong places, more specifically women. Women causes us nothing but pain, misery, frustration and confusion. Obtain ambition instead. Ambition will always be with us and it will never leave you. Because no matter how great you think a temporary relationship with a woman is, it's not going to outlast your ambition. This is what's gonna give you the inner fulfillment of joy that last, not the temporary drug, aka women. Be loyal to your ambitions not to the women.

And if those years were relatively in your early youth and you got nothing out of it, you will resent your 'ambitions'.
