Mine is mild apparently, but I haven't showered in a week making it worse

I've got it on my hand in one permanent spot, cream works for a day or two but it just comes back, itches and oozes.

I used creams when i was a kid, i dont anymore because its pretty tame now. I have good luck for once at least
