Inflation is printing money and bombarding the market with money that would make things more and more expensive making your saved money more and more useless.

A no-brainer - yes, it's effectively taxation on top of the already existing taxation. Even worse - I bet that in most countries, huge corporations, which can already use lawyers to avoid taxation in many ways, can also manage their funds in much more efficient ways than the average bloke, protecting them from inflation by not storing them in the form of a fiat currency.

It will be fitting if NPNW posts some tips on investing in assets immune to such covert taxation, but I may still be too lazy to follow them and then regret it.
