They feel like they are at the same hierarchy level as white people. I have never been mistreated because of my colour or religion by rice skins, latinos, other blacks and rarely white people. For those people it just depends on the person if they are racist or not. But ALL INDIANS AND ARABS are racist its engraved in them and in their culture. Espacially indians they treat their own people based on their skin colour. Have you seen indian celebrities? they all look nearly white while the average indian looks like a aboriginal from australia. They are even racist towards their own people. Arabs have enslaved and traded blacks before white folks ever knew africa existed and continued for over 100 years after white people stopped slave trading blacks.
