Based Indian restaurants in the UK shouldn't be allowed to call themselves authentic unless they have a hygiene rating of 0

Here in the cUcK anywhere that serves food needs to be inspected for hygiene reasons. Afterwards the establishment will be given a hygiene rating from 0 (Indian street food) to 5 (High trust society standard). They don't have to be displayed, but most places do so anyway (outside if England they are required to display it).

I've genuinely seen a place with a food hygiene rating of 2/5, I was shocked that such a place was even allowed to operate.
