I hve no idea how to even describe it tbh. First a pair of stickmen are fighting slow-mo Matrix-style, then a lion-looking plastic surgery enjoyer is eating something and staring straight into the camera for most of the video while a few random images try invading it, and finally two stickmen, maybe the ones from the beginning, are chilling on the top of the front of a plane, now apparently having faces, with a random "You're a nigger," announcing the end of the video.
