Men aren't held to the same standard. They're supposed to be the future supporters, providers, breadwinners of the family. They have immense amounts of pressure placed on them to succeed. If they fail, their and their family's entire reputation is ruined—they're treated as a bum and their families viewed as having born and bred a bum; no mercy is spared for unemployed or "failed" men in society.

Females, on the other hand, can do whatever they please with total unconditional financial and emotional support from the family. In the end, they'll marry and not only cuck the father (the groom ruins the father's dignity by fucking the man's daughter every day and rearranging her guts, taking pleasure in exploring every hole, the same woman that was once an innocent little girl and that the father put his sweat, blood, and tears for), but also be supported by the husband now, who they can divorce at any time and get alimony, child support, and (full) custody of the children due to the unfairness and gynocentric bias of Western courts. They will also gaslight the children into thinking their father was an absolute a-hole, abuser, and wife-beater. Females can literally exist and be given endless love, money, attention, respect, etc etc... People should hold them to the same degree of scrutiny (arguably, this should be the case considering feminists push for this type of thing and women working/being in the workforce is a prevalent and widespread thing now).
