I doubt that it matters much. Both are not interested and actually antagonistic to western interests. I feel like it is another Israel vs Palestine debate.
Truth of the matter is that Jeets don't give a shit about us and that they will also outcompete us at some point. Ergo I'd rather support Pakistan given that it is the bigger shithole and their threat to Europe is not so proeminent.

In this game ISKP will be the only benefiter in this conflict (besides BLF). Not TTP or any other AQ aligned militias (where's AQ when they only release strongly worded letters?) but ISKP since they're not only secretly targeting politicians like JUI-F with complex operations but they're also close to infiltrate cities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the next 3 years as the security situation deteriorates both there and in Southern Waziristan and Balochistan in general.

Keep in mind ISKP has still operatives in Jammu and Kashmir and even in Northern and Southern India (just look how many terror case modules have been going on for the last 2 years). The Bangalore's cafeteria bombing (botched) attack last year was done by IS!S operatives. If a multi front war ends up breaking out in both India and Pakistan, the BLA will also step up their game and perhaps capture most of Balochistan in a heartbeat.

In terms of manpower alone it's probably India, they have a lot more equipment and personnel.
