Increase character limit for comments

I'm thinking 1000 characters or 4200 characters if you want to keep the funny meme number length. I'm an essay poster by nature and I do that for comments, whenever I get greeted with this message, I end up DMing the person, not a big deal but it'd be nice if it was changed.
