Colors look much better on glossy screens but you run the risk of seeing your face which is brutal. I just make sure I close it before it fully shuts down

i used to be "matte only" back in 2011, when you could only get glossy screens

now im gloss only, and you can only get matte screens. go figure lol

my room is dark so i like the higher contrast / deeper blacks of glossy (esp on my 42" oled)

also don't like the graininess / loss of text clarity on matte screens
