What did women need from men in the past? Protection, stability, a decent income, comfort, miscellaneous tasks in taking care of the household. A woman simply couldn't live without a man.

Nowadays, an individual could live in a community without even knowing his neighbor's names. The government and society takes care of a woman's every need. She doesn't need to fear anything, she doesn't need another person for anything. As long as she has money, she can live well. And with the bullshit jobs women get for being women, they don't even need to break a sweat and yet they are still paid a whole lot.

The only reasons why a woman would even need to look at a man is sex and procreation. That's it, literally nothing else. Hell, they don't even need the man to stick around after the child is born, they can just sue him for child support and the government will give her welfare too.
