Incels are terrorists that threaten women and women-presenting people. Comprimised mostly of young WHITE men in the "alt-right", they are racist, misogynist, homophobic, and transphobic. We need the government to step up and have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for ALL forms of misogyny. All men should have a "tab" of misogyny placed on their permanent criminal record, starting from age 13 up until their death.
1. There needs to be laws that force all ISPs to monitor speech, and detect misogynist men from spreading "memes" that enable their toxic masculinity. Men who are caught with memes or spreading hate speech should be banned from internet use.
** To ensure proper judgement of what is toxic masculine, or misogynist behavior, these ISPs should hire gender, LGBTQ studies, or similar majors, as this 4 year humanities degree qualifies them for the sensitivities involved in what women and women-presenting people would find offensive.
2. If they are repeat offenders of inciting toxic male behavior online, they should be fined, and possibly put in a sex offender registry so they cannot be employed, or find adequate housing among taxpayers.
3. If they are unemployed and are still performing misogynist acts on the street like catcalling, or urinating in public, they should be euthanized, and placed in a men's prison.
