Because they get views. If you ever wonder why any youtuber is doing anything, that will be your answer in 99 percent of cases.

Also his videos are pretty easy to animate. The characters are already pre-drawn wojak variants and the voices are all free TTS. Most of the time he's just moving the lips, pupils and eyebrows. And from what i've seen from his videos there's a lot of uninteresting dialogue that has no relevance to the "plot", clearly just filler for watch time. IIRC he lives somewhere in eastern europe (poland?) so he's probably making more money in youtube ad revenue than he would be working a regular job.

Most women are overweight. They see being overweight as healthy. Whenever they see a skinny woman they view her as having an unrealistic body. Thus whenever they see anyone liking skinny women they claim those men want super models.
