It is also completely legal in the UK to film in public. Obviously harassing someone with a camera
is likely to cause a bit of alarm, but i see that guy just walking down the street with a camera. CCTV
cameras are on in these streets also constantly monitoring.

They made quite a big deal of it by filming a door smash in - which tells me they're trying to deter
further people from doing it- what are they trying to hide?

In the video itself we see no one actually being alarm and distressed by this person.
