At first I thought that someone really did generate that image using a machine learning model ("AI") because the person in the image does look a bit like her but then I did a reverse search on the image and it turns out that it's at least a few years old and likely comes from some movie. So someone sent her a random image macro he found on the Internet, most likely on 4chan or on X and she's crying about being personally targeted. Couldn't even be bothered to do the absolute most basic research.
