LDAR Incel traits: fear of developing a blood clot

Fear of developing a blood clot due to a lifestyle of LDAR or otherwise sedentary. I spend every waking moment either in front of the computer sitting cross-legged or laying down in my bed with my eyes glued to the phone. horror stories of people, often in asia in PC cafés dying in front of their PCs motivate me to stand up and stretch from time to time, or shake my legs like an autist. Anyone else?

this used to concern me when i was like 15 yrs old and would play video games for 14 hours straight without moving. but then i got into exercise etc and also since getting blackpilled i havent had the ability to care about playing a video game or watching a show for more then 2 hours straight.
