I take vitamins and eat well, so I never get sick. Since incel life is terrible, you have to try to make it as problem-free as possible.

Supplements are cope unless you have a diagnosed deficiency of certain vitamines. You likely just have a weak immune system

i know nothing will happen if i go outside but i can’t help it. it wasn’t this bad although to an extent i thought it was, which is crazy. nothing happens but it’s scary to be outside and is still nice to catch some air. that said it’s rare for me to simply choose to go outside, i was thinking of taking a walk and going to the “park” or something though
i’m just so damn afraid, i think they’re going to get me again. like they’re out there doing their thing but that doesn’t stop them from semi-repressed rectifying of those deferrals. it didn’t use to be this bad i only had agoraphobia and then some
if you talk about how you wish to electrocute typical zogoids on here it shouldn’t be that a helly you /knew/ wouldn’t drop over the edge by your residence based on past rounds patterns “sweetens” your night, where once quiet as i thought i was going to go to sleep suddenly measurably prone and roughly peering through-fry (off buoying the hang) doubling fully through my petrified closed eyes. took their sweet time continuing to cryptic-crip-merge near chore chumzog nirvana to finally leave but it only came back when calculating for my exact panic itself not expecting it would is what they want me to think, i could sense this shoddy problem, that’s what creeped me out because i was trying the worst to pretend i had no lasting momentary realization. so what i learned is not to do that when feds monitor posts
