As an effort to try to quit added sugar, I replaced sugar in my fruit tea (I don't add sugar to other kinds of tea, but in this case it's necessary because it contains hibiscus which is terribly sour) with erythritol. I know you're supposed to slowly adjust to it, using small amounts at first, but despite doing that, it gives me terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea.
The worst thing is that I have to suffer all alone. If I was a chad, some foid would immediately rub my tummy to comfort me and relieve my pain, but since I'm an incel, no one cares. It's almost like I'm experiencing double the pain.
Anyway, I think I'll keep using sugar, maybe just a little less. Maybe I'll try diluting the tea with water or soy milk or something to reduce the sourness.
