Both. Could always tell my dad was jaded, had embarrassing anger issues, never had close friends, slightly off in social interactions. Mom was just emotionally detached for whatever reason, and they didnt interact much. The behavior of my dad rubbed off on me, the lack of connection with my mom made me weird around girls. But also the fact that they’re old as fuck also had to fuck my brain up somewhat

Kinda the same thing for me. My parents weren't quite as old, in their 30's. But I ended up ugly as fuck and I've noticed that I'm just as fucking awkward, friendless, and unsociable as my dad has always been. I'm assuming at least part of my mental and personality issues were inherited from him. Some people should be banned from reproducing male children.
