my "job" is not a real one, I just help to lift boxes and that's it, I don't have coworkers by definition so no.

Yeah, man, I had literally the same experience. But don't lose all your hope yet.
For me, after many tries to get closer to normies with similar results, it seemed there was absolutely nothing for me, no exit, no path. I've been thinking about suicide every day for years, then planning it, failing once. Yet, years passed and it's actually got better with social life. If normies are right about something it is that people are different, there are those who you met and tried to get closer and there are also people for you, who you can actually be comfortable getting closer with. And there's an example - us. So, take a break as long as you need it, and then you may try socialising again. Ofc, if you feel like you want it and not spending another friday at your home
