I take a bath every day, brush my teeth twice a day (after getting up in the morning and before going to bed at night), change my clothes about every two to three days, spray cologne before going out, hang scented pads in the closet, and use antiperspirant and cologne. I have hereditary body odor and bad breath caused by gastrointestinal problems. But no one has ever said that I smell bad (except after a physical education class when I was sweating all over, including under my armpits, and a classmate said I smelled). I don't know if it's because of my effective coping or because they were just being polite. But I think my body odor is much lighter than that of the black international students in the school.
