anyone feel the "night time is the right time"

-this seems to run in my family. My grandad (nice man) but he had a drinking problem since he was 7 years old! would sleep all day then be wired/work at the factory/drink all night.

-IDK maybe it is genetic I developed his tendencies

I'm pretty much nocturnal at this point, where I'll sleep all day and wake up during the night.

I also sleep for more than 12 hours because sleeping is the only time I ever feel genuinely happy anymore.
