It’s because the “ hero” is fighting for some abstract concept of morality whereas villains generally have a concrete goal in mind, and generally an anti societal one at that, which we as incels find easier to align with due to 1 generally being anti societal ourselves and 2 we are cut off emotionally on principle of being incel, and can therefore make more sense of a concrete and pragmatic goal rather than idealism for the sake of itself.
Most heroes are NT Chads nowadays. I literally can't see myself in them.
