Incels are way too high inhib to ever honk their horn at someone, even if there's a good reason to. Furthermore, incels are TRAUMATIZED if they are honked at on the road.
I only feel compelled to do it once or twice a year, tbh; funnily enough, it's almost always a foid. 
Mostly old people in my direct area, so I don't have a problem with it.

I never do for 2 reasons. Anyone can honk a horn with the protection of a two ton vehicle. Multiple people have honked at me that would never say shit to my face. Honking horns is for pussies, except in the rare occurrence you are trying to prevent a collision.
