i've made mostly negative 1 star reviews on google reviews for the shit services on certain businesses in the past.
yesterday, i left a 1 star review for the local royal mail delivery office because it literally took them 4 hours just to deliver a parcel to me.
good news was that i still got the parcel, but 4 fucking hours?
also, most of the recent reviews of that delivery office have been negative 1 star reviews.
i kinda hope that all the negative reviews would convince these businesses to improve their services, but at the same time, i know they won't.
