I am thincel but I have a decent athletic body because of participating in sports. However I noticed how weak and retarded my posture looks while just being myself while standing or sitting.
I have very dropped or slanted shoulders, which makes me look weak and shitty. My neck is always bent towards one side and I don't even realise it. But it appears in photos and I look so dumb and shitty, I don't even have words for it. While sitting I automatically get into weak looking postures and some feminine postures. I have to constantly adjust my body to at least look half decent, but I have to concentrate on it all day and eventually I forget about it and go back to the old posture.
While most normie men and chads have a good posture automatically. Their relaxing posture is already a good posture and they don't have to think about it
Socialising is already tiresome for me and imagine having to constantly concentrate on your posture while talking to others. It just doesn't work. Also I am an autistcel so obviously I can't talk normally. And if I do talk automatically without inhibitions, my voice just becomes very light and childish. The only good thing I have in my body is my neck and I have a thick voice, but because of my autistic behavior and happening to speak always in fear because that's how my parents and sorroundings always made me speak automatically, I sound like a weakling.
