I am thincel but I have a decent athletic body because of participating in sports. However I noticed how weak and retarded my posture looks while just being myself while standing or sitting.

I have very dropped or slanted shoulders, which makes me look weak and shitty. My neck is always bent towards one side and I don't even realise it. But it appears in photos and I look so dumb and shitty, I don't even have words for it. While sitting I automatically get into weak looking postures and some feminine postures. I have to constantly adjust my body to at least look half decent, but I have to concentrate on it all day and eventually I forget about it and go back to the old posture.

While most normie men and chads have a good posture automatically. Their relaxing posture is already a good posture and they don't have to think about it

Socialising is already tiresome for me and imagine having to constantly concentrate on your posture while talking to others. It just doesn't work. Also I am an autistcel so obviously I can't talk normally. And if I do talk automatically without inhibitions, my voice just becomes very light and childish. The only good thing I have in my body is my neck and I have a thick voice, but because of my autistic behavior and happening to speak always in fear because that's how my parents and sorroundings always made me speak automatically, I sound like a weakling.

I have to constantly think about this and adjust myself but then I also forget about it if I get too much into other work like studying, writting exam or playing sport or even socialising

I'm pretty sure it's like confidence, where it's just an externally-influenced psychological factor. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a result of being treated poorly by others, or just a natural reaction to it.

no its just my posture when I relax myself is like that. Very slanted shoulders, bent neck etc. Maybe the lack of confidence etc is what makes me get into feminine looking positions for no reason, like joining my knees together for no reason, instead of taking space. But nowadays I have fixed it mostly

One time this dude was about to attack me on my way home after a hard day at work. I was tired and my posture was shit... To the dude I obviously looked weak. I was leaning on my handlebars like they was a crutch. I was so tired...

This was in an ally. I rode the ally to hopefully find trash stuff to resale... I had beer on my bike.

This real bum dude pops out of nowhere.

"Hey stop! I want to ask you something." I stopped and leaned... He seemed to be angery. And approached faster.

I stood up as tall as I could, and my bike fell away under me. I was holding it up.

Now my hands went up. Because the dude was coming at me! I was ready to fight!

He saw me stand up all ready and stopped and apologized for bothering me! Lol!

He wanted an easy target!

So bro, while you might shrink from whatever reasons, when you stand up all serious, it freaks motherfuckers right out!

You instantly go from being a victim to being a potential danger!

This is called, winning with your eye.

I got inside his "ooda loop" and freaked him tf out!

"The book of five rings" by miyomoto mushashi can teach you this. (Basically, by being dangerous you avoid needing to be dangerous. "Peace through superior firepower." Is the modern term.

I will keep this in mind. And I have been good at fighting overall. Although most people prefer to gang up here and I have no gang. But one on one I have fought some people and beaten them up. The other problem also is that it's just how people percieve and treat you. Like they won't take you seriously and obviously foids think you are weak and unattractive. Can't fight back against such things. I just try my best to fix my posture as much as I can
 
I have forward head, forward shoulders, rounded back and anterior pelvic tilt. I did about 1 week of posture exercises and grew like an inch

I'm planning to get a gun, seems like the only option to scare these goons and monkeys away. If nothing, atleast I can kill myself with it. I wish I could go away to woods
