I'm on the third day of a hangover. I can't even have fun without the better part of a week being ruined. I don't know if it's my age (28) or all the fucking meds I'm taking.

If you are a person who already has excess glutamate in your system then your hangovers could be worse. I think people who are naturally more prone to anxiety and possible have autism have more glutamate already so it gets even worse when we get a hangover as the body primes its NMDA glutamate receptors and make us more sensitive to it.

I have really bad hangovers too, even after drinking like 8x 0,33l beers the next day my heart was pounding out of my chest
