I can't talk to people since I don't know how to hold a conversation which makes me think that it will ruin their image of me and I can't ask for help on small things since I think they would see me as a retard even when they most likely don't care. It's not just social anxiety either, most things that are completely harmless to normal people seem like they would affect me which is fucking with me.

This is exactly why I gave up on trying to socialize. No matter how much I try, my mind always finds a way to make every little thing into a huge deal and I end up overanalyzing everything. Normies don’t even realize how privileged they are to just exist without thinking about all this.

It's like you say, it's not just social anxiety, it's more complex than that. The traumas acquired from bad experiences with other normies affect the way one relates to others, that makes it difficult to trust other people, that affects me, that's why I avoid socializing with other people.
