Never hated myself tbh. If you do this, then it means society tells you to. It means you’re trying live up to someone else’s standards and if you can’t achieve that you will think something’s wrong with yourself thus causing you to hate yourself.

This. 100 years ago most of us would have been happily married to our looks match or close to it, working the same job all our lives and providing for our family.
Society is irreversible broken in ways that are causing the gradual extinction of the human species. Birth rate is lower than the death rate in every country as it gets taken over by the growing internet, so eventually there will be no more people. The factors that cause this are not going away, but instead increasing in strength.
It's caused by online dating, travel (the automobile, train, road system, and planes), social media, culture, the internet and even the legal system and it only gets worse each year. More and more women are waiting their turn for fewer and fewer Chads because they can more and more easily search the world for the very "best" Chads and travel to them. They are placated with netflix, and the social media systems that systematically extract the attention from tens of thousands of desperate men so that even the most hideous woman can bathe in this attention feeding her ego to extreme narcissism while she waits her turn.
And why would we hate ourselves for not living up to outdated standards of male attractiveness. Women are most attracted to violent and unstable men who often wind up in prison or dead. These impulsive alcoholic abusive men may have succeeded in prehistoric times but they often don't do as well in modern society.
If anything social media, the internet and transportation are the things to hate because they are what's doing this to us but there are some positives to these technologies such as sharing knowledge and scientific research to attain a greater understanding of the world. Although I'd much rather be in love and have some one to cuddle and spend my days with but unfortunately I wasn't born as the top 1% of the top 1% of abusive rage monsters and my skull and skeletal shapes make that instantly clear to women which they interpret as repulsive weakness.
